1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Vivamus AI, including the website, app, and related services. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Vivamus AI. Contact us at founders@vivamus.ai.
2. The Service
Vivamus AI is an AI conversation partner for reflection, self-understanding, goals, choices, and personal growth. The service may change as we develop it, including during beta access.
3. Not Professional Care Or Advice
Vivamus AI is not therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. It does not replace qualified professional or emergency support.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
4. Eligibility And Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vivamus AI. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. We may require supported sign-in methods to access the app.
5. Beta Access
Vivamus AI may be offered through TestFlight or another beta channel. Beta access may be limited, unstable, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, and beta features may not appear in the launched app.
6. Purchases
When paid features launch, subscriptions or purchases for the iOS app will be handled through Apple App Store / StoreKit. Apple’s terms, billing, refund, cancellation, and subscription-management rules apply to those transactions.
7. AI Outputs
AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and deciding whether to act on them. Do not rely on Vivamus AI for safety-critical, medical, mental health, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
8. Your Content
You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant Vivamus AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, summarize, display, secure, and troubleshoot that content so we can provide and improve the service and comply with law.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Vivamus AI, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, submit illegal or harmful content, violate others’ rights, or use the service to create abusive, deceptive, or unlawful material.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including app data, service providers, website cookies, analytics choices, and rights requests.
11. Intellectual Property
Vivamus AI, including its software, brand, design, prompts, interfaces, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
12. Suspension Or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue part of the product. You may stop using Vivamus AI at any time.
13. Disclaimers And Liability
Vivamus AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms as Vivamus AI evolves. The “Last Updated” date shows when they were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
